Kadaltheeram Beach Resort is a family run beachside accommodation completed in November 2005. Its situation, in amongst the coconut trees, right next to the beach, and with a view overlooking the Arabian Sea makes it the ideal place for a relaxing and wonderful vacation.

Local life unfolds around you, giving you the rare opportunity of becoming part of the village and experiencing India to its full potential.

The Hotel and surroundings

Whatever the purpose of your visit we are sure you will enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Kadaltheeram Beach Resort.
Staying in the middle of an Indian village next to the sea, but without the confinements of the usual hotel, gives you the rare opportunity to experience India rather than just visit it.

Down by the beach is our Restaurant
serving Traditional Keralan & European Food.

Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and also Light Snacks and Drinks.
If there is something you would like that is not on the Menu, such as Tiger Prawns or
Lobster, then let us know in the morning so that we can buy it fresh when we go to the
market and cook it for you that evening.

Our Chef has experience cooking both Kerala & European food.

All bedding / towels are provided and all rooms have natural ventilation / ceiling fans. Upstairs accommodation will be cleaned every day unless otherwise requested. If renting the ground floor you may prefer to do this yourself rather than us coming in every day - it’s entirely up to you.

Yoga and Ayurvedic Treatment

Yoga

Yoga can be arranged every morning down by the restaurant - please inform us in advance if you want to book this for your holiday.
We can also arrange Ayurvedic Treatment at a reputable "Green Leaf" centre a short drive away from us.

We can also arrange day trips or longer trips for part of your holiday to other parts of Kerala, e.g. Cape Comorin, Cochin, the Wildlife Sanctuary at Thekkady (Periyar), Munnar (Tea plantation country) or even the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu.
Please contact us if you would like us to do this and we can advise you on what accommodation & travel is likely to cost. See our "Environs" page
