HOW YOU ARE LOOKED AFTER AT KADALTHEERAM

Ambi the Co-Director / Manager lives in the village, close to the Hotel, and is there most of the time.
He & his wife Manju look after the Hotel when I am not there and will advise you on anything you need to know and arrange any trips you want to go on. He also has his own taxi and if he is unable to drive you places when we are busy will get someone else to drive you at the right price.

I am also there from the beginning of Jan - April & during August to Sept to help out in the main season.
Jackie, my Mother, also comes over to help from March - May & in November.

Babu, our Chef has many years experience cooking both Indian & European Food.
He has worked in several restaurants in India and also for a couple of years in Switzerland.
If there is anything not on the restaurant menu that you would like then let Babu know in the morning so that he can buy it fresh from the market and cook it for you that evening.
