Hi Phil,
Thank you for your email. I am so happy to be here. I must say my fav spot has always been varkala and was a bit concerned about Kovallam. However, when I arrived and I saw the hotel, the location and the room, I was delighted with my choice. I love walking down to Harrys, he is always asking me if I want to eat ( a bit like my mum) and the beach is just a little piece of paradise. Thank goodness it's far away from the busy Kovallam one. Ambi is absolutely incredible. He is kind and helpful and gave me all the right tips on what to do, where to swim, where to eat. I was very impressed. What else can I say? I am a happy camper and I must say you are so lucky to own this place. Love the little private beach you are setting up at the front. Wish I could stay here for another year or two :) Weather is improving although it looks like it will be raining on Mon.I can go to trivandrum that day. So much to do! Anyway, gotta dash down to the beach or Harry will tell me off for missing my breakfast. Thanks again for your help. Take care.

It has been a lovely two weeks staying in such a beautiful place with so few tourists and such friendly locals. I hope I can come back here again one day. Thankyou xxx

We had an unforgettable turn of the year here. This is a true beach paradise with the sun and sand and sea...In the evening it is wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Here you can both relax and rest on the beach and make nice trips to nearby villages and Trivandrum. Thank you both Ambi & Philip for your help and friendliness.

Our plan was to stay here for 3 days and then continue onto Goa or places beyond. Upon arrival we thought again!! Eight days later, we reluctantly packed our bags - our flight home. We really appreciate Philip & Ambis hard work. The dedication to the resort & clientele shows through. It will be hard to leave the sun, sea, coconut trees, friendly faces, delicious food....Heartfelt thanks.

Wonderful is not enough to describe our stay here. Everything was perfect, the house, the village & most important Ambi & Manju, that made us feel like at home, spoiled in everything. Wonderful was to meet such a genuine person as Philip, the genius mind of this little paradise. I leave here a piece of my heart, but I'm sure I will be back very soon to join it and all of you again. So thank you, thank you and thank you again to all of you.

Many thanks to Phil & Ambi for being such fabulous hosts. You have built a unique residence in a great location. Ideal for tourists who like to be away from the hustle & bustle of Kovalam. Hope to be back soon.

A memorable holiday. Thank you Philip, Ambi & Manju for looking after us so well - absolutely spoiled! So much of interest - we enjoyed feasting with 700 people at the Temple Festival, the visit to Trivandrum & the backwaters but especially being in the village meeting people, watching new roofs being constructed, coconuts being harvested - carried away in large baskets. You live in a very beautiful, happy place - thank you for letting us share it with you.
