Accommodation
Kadaltheeram Beach Resort consists of the main Hotel which has a Ground Floor House accommodation and three separate apartments upstairs. The Kerala House in the garden has another two separate apartments. All rooms have ceiling fans and natural ventilation.
All accommodations are cleaned daily. Linen and towels along with soap are provided & changed regularly. A kettle, Tea, powdered milk & sugar are in every room. Other things provided are: mosquito plug-in and mats, an emergency torch and plastic containers for any snacks you may have so they are protected from the ants.
Ground Floor
The Ground Floor has a sitting room with settee, chairs and table. There is an ensuite wet room off the sitting room with shower, washbasin & W.C. so it can be converted into a second bedroom should you have young children who need to be in the same accommodation as you.
A Kitchen / Dining room with fridge, electric hob, and cooking utensils. From the dining table there are views through the garden to the beach and sea.
The bedroom has twin beds & a built in wardrobe with lockable safe drawer. A writing table with and chair. There is an ensuite wet room off the bedroom with shower, wash basin & W.C.
The veranda with small table & chairs is the perfect place to relax & watch village life passing by.

Upstairs Apartments
Upstairs there are three separate apartments with twin beds. They all have a ceiling fan and natural ventilation, ensuite wet room and private balcony with a sea view.
All the apartments have a mini fridge, kettle along with tea, powdered milk and sugar.
Each room has a built in wardrobe with lockable safe drawer and a writing desk & chair. The balconies have a small table & two chairs plus a wooden clothes drying rack.

Kerala House Apartments
The house is in traditional Keralan style with the coconut leaf roof and both apartments have ceiling fans/natural ventilation.
There are two separate apartments in the Kerala House. Each has an ensuite wet room with shower, wash basin & W.C. and the same facilities as the apartments upstairs in the main Hotel.
The veranda in front looks out onto the garden and sea.

Beach Sit-out area & Restaurant
From the top garden you go down the steps past the upper sit-out area overlooking the beach. The restaurant and large sit-out area is at the bottom of the steps by the beach where there are hammocks, sun beds and chairs where you can relax and sunbathe or sit under the shade of the coconut trees. There is direct access onto the beach through the gate at the bottom so that you can go for a swim or just a stroll along the beach.
